Whale watching has become one of the most popular activities for visitors to Alaska. This popularity stems from the where you'll find yourself when you are in whale country. You will likey find yourself on the waters of Prince William Sound.
During the Spring the Gray whales pass along the Alaska coastline on their journey north to their feeding grounds. As spring gives way to summer, the Humpback, Blue, Minke and Gray whales arrive and feed in the rich waters of Prince William Sound. Orca sightings are also very common on most tours around the Sound.
These magnificent creatures frequent our coastline as they migrate back and forth. Here you will experience not just the whales but you will also see caving glaciers, gigantic mountains, inviting fjords, great quantities of salmon and many seabirds.
